Invitation Declined or Accepted?

Will Vanilla ever make it to Aero's house warming party? Or will her parents decline?

Vanilla: -Sighs- I hope mom agrees with this invitation, if she doesn't i'll be framed Milky!

Milky: Why would you be framed if Mom doesn't accept the invitation?

Clover: Milky, sis would be framed if she doesn't accept it and she said she would come. Am I right with it Sis?

Vanilla: I don't know sis, I kinda feel bad if mom would say she would decline. -sighs-
-Door bell rings-

Mom: Kids, I'm home!

Clover: I'll get it.

Mom: So what did you do while i was gone?

Milky: Me and Clover Played Hopscotch at the backyard.

Vanilla: I met few of the neighbors.

Mom: Okay its great Vanilla you met some of our neighbors and any who i got you kids some pets.

Milky: Pets?! Yay!!

Mom: Okay don't get too exited, there just kittens.

Vanilla: Why are they two not three?

Mom: Sorry Vanilla I can only afford two of them, Okay the ones with the star on its head is for Milky and Clover. Also the pink one is yours Vanilla.

Vanilla: Mom can i ask a question?

Mom: Ok go on ask me.

Vanilla: Um.

Milky: Mom actually Vanilla was invited to a party by one of our neighbors who is Aero, he just lives one block away from our house.

Mom: Oh no you little miss, no parties for tomorrow you have school for tomorrow. Also me and your dad had enrolled you at art club.

Vanilla: Awww. I'm going to my room now.

Vanilla: -sighs- Why does no one want  to allow me to do stuff on my own.

Why is Vanilla's mom so worried of Vanilla going to a party?And what will Aero feel that Vanilla will never attend the party?
